Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with all our services. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions:

If a program is canceled by Mind Axis Partners prior to its start, a full refund will be issued.

Clients may request a partial refund for individual sessions if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

For multi-session programs or workshops, refunds are not provided once the program has begun, as seats and schedules are reserved in advance.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mindaxisup.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Governing Law
